  • Randomised, double blind placebo controlled study assessing the effect of recombinant human growth hormone (r-hGH) on live birth rates in women who are poor responders undergoing an IVF/ICSI cycle
  • Near Infrared (NIR) spectroscopy analysis of spare culture media from human embryos to predict reproductive potential
  • Prospective, randomised, open label trial on the effect of metformin on in-vitro fertilisation outcome in women with polysystic ovary syndrome.

  • Retrospective case matched comparison of cumulative pregnancy rates using blastocyst or cleavage stage transfer
  • Acupuncture to improve live birth rates for women undergoing IVF (a randomised controlled trial)
  • Single centre, observational Phase IV, open-label, single-arm study to assess acceptability and adoption of GONAL-F Prefilled Pen and support ‘ease of use’ claim in women undergoing assisted reproductive technology (ART) in accordance with routine clinical practice
  • Randomised, controlled trial evaluating the protective effect of a gonadotrophin-releasing hormone agonist on ovarian function in young women with Non-Hodgkin’s Lymphoma receiving R-ChOP-q14
  • Prospective randomised cross-over trial of immune suppression with the Bondi protocol (prednisolone and clexane) versus no treatment for women with high natural killer cell activity starting IVF cycles
  • The clinical use of high magnification sperm selection with Intracytoplasmic Sperm Injection assessed with the use of Sperm Chromatin Structure Assay, as a tool for detailed assessment of sperm, to improve human embryo development, and predict patient outcomes.
  • Does injection/insemination time of oocytes have an effect on fertilisation and implantation rates? A retrospective analysis.
  • What is the outcome of twice-frozen-thawed embryos
  • The assessment of sperm non-invasively in patients undergoing in-vitro fertilisation (ICSI)
  • A prospective randomised trial of Local Endometrial Trauma (LET) to treat recurrent implantation failure in IVF cycles.
  • Comparison of blastocyst slow frozen embryos and rapid freeze (vitrified) embryos
  • The use of polarised light microscopy in IVF. A retrospective analysis of 3 years data.
  • Clinical pregnancy outcome from MI oocytes matured in culture and obtained from ovarian stimulated ICSI cycles. A retrospective study.
  • Using Digital High magnification, assess sperm from males where proven fertility is known to determine a set of "normal' parameters.
  • Does spindle normality indicate genetic status of the subsequent embryo?
