Before you begin treatment with Hunter IVF, there are a number of important steps to take:

• Ask your doctor for a recent, specific referral for both you and your partner to a Hunter IVF Clinician. Please keep in mind that in order to be eligible for Medicare rebates and the safety net, you will need a valid referral at all times during your treatment with us.
   
• Make an initial appointment with one of our treating clinicians. Details of our clinicians' consulting rooms are listed below. During your initial appointment, your clinician will decide on the best treatment options for you. Your clinician may also order some preliminary testing.
   
• Complete all the necessary preliminary tests organised by your IVF doctor.
   
• Complete a registration form and pay your registration fee.
   
• Complete a pre-IVF counselling session.
   
• Complete a pre-IVF nursing interview.
   
• Once test results are available, your IVF Clinician will fill out your Treatment Activation Sheet and forward it to the clinic.

When these steps are completed your treatment can then commence.
